The wife and I had been working towards purchasing a house for over a year. We tried Rocket Mortgage and 1st Bank, but with the housing market the way it is we were left with a dead-end. We were referred to Nancy by a business neighbor and she went to work right away to help us find a place. We set our goals and what we were looking for. Nancy took that information and started looking up places to check out. We found a few places we liked and Nancy was understanding with our crazy work schedules. She met us at a each place we were interested in at times that worked for us. We went over options for each house and she submitted paperwork right away. After a month of looking (real-estate market), we finally found our home! Nancy worked with us and the lender to go over concerns with the home and was by our side with getting maintenance issues addressed with the inspection. Lora had our house under contract in less than one week. She priced the property competitively and posted beautiful professional pictures to help promote it. Lora helped us through the inspection/resolution process by applying her local knowledge in getting the septic tank, well and other things taken care of. I really can't say enough good things about Lora and High Ridge as a whole. She made what was going to be an impossible task of finding and closing a home in Jefferson during the literally craziest market to buy in not only easy, but she found me the house of my dreams.
